Build your package on the pricing page and send your request — our team confirms the details and arranges payment with you. When online payment is available, you can pay directly with Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay / Google Pay through a secure payment gateway — your card details never touch our servers.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Yes, per our refund policy: after the order is confirmed and work begins, 30% of the amount paid is refunded. The right to a refund ends permanently once 10 days or fewer remain before the event, or once the invitation cards are issued — whichever comes first. Full details are in the terms of service.
