Booking & Cancellation Policy

  1. If the customer modifies any details on a guest entry card — changing the guest name, QR code, or any other modification — the card will be permanently cancelled, and MyEvent assumes no responsibility.
  2. If official authorities mandate cancellation or postponement of events due to pandemics, natural disasters, or similar, the customer can reschedule without extra fees (date change free), provided the venue does not change.
  3. If invitations have already been issued and the customer wants to postpone, change venue, or modify the design, new invitations will be issued upon request at extra cost, with no refund for previously issued cards (QR codes are already generated).
  4. If guest barcodes have been issued and the event is permanently cancelled for any reason, the customer is obligated to pay the remaining invoice balance.
  5. Selection of event supervisors is at MyEvent's discretion, not the customer's preference.
  6. After the event, MyEvent reserves the right to publish the design on its Instagram, shop, and social media platforms (unless the customer explicitly opts out).

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Saudi regulations
  • Do not send abusive or fraudulent content via invitations
  • Do not attempt to breach or harm the platform or other users' data

Limitation of liability

We strive for the highest quality and reliability, but cannot guarantee 100% delivery due to factors outside our control (carriers, guest WhatsApp settings, etc.). Our liability is limited to the paid plan amount.
